Welcome to the Invoice Bacon Referral Marketing Program! This program allows you to earn recurring income by referring new users to Invoice Bacon. Below are the terms and conditions for participation in the program.
About Invoice Bacon
Invoice Bacon is a SaaS platform designed to help businesses streamline their operations by offering tools to send quotes, invoices, manage inventory, and customers.
Referral Earnings
- Earnings Per Invoice: For every invoice processed by a client you refer, you will earn $0.50 from the $0.99 charge we collect.
- Exclusions: Referrals will not earn from:
- Monthly subscription fees ($3/month per client, 100% retained by Invoice Bacon).
- Invoices paid in cash, as these are not subject to invoice payment charges.
Program Parameters
- Referral Program Duration: The Referral program is available for one year. Referrals made during this time will continue to generate earnings as long as the program conditions are met.
- Referral Requirements:
- You must have an active Invoice Bacon account to participate.
- Payments are contingent on referred clients remaining active and continuing to use the platform for invoicing.
- Lifetime Earnings Potential: Referrals will receive payments for the lifetime of the referred client as long as:
- The client remains active and continues sending invoices.
- Invoice Bacon continues to operate and support the application.
- If Invoice Bacon ceases operations, no further Referral payments will be made.
- Payment Schedule: Payments are dispersed monthly and reflect earnings from eligible transactions completed in the previous month. Payments will only be made when the Referral’s earnings exceed a minimum payout threshold of $10.
Additional Requirements
- Account Verification and Fraud Prevention: Referrals must provide accurate account information, including tax and payment details, to ensure proper disbursement of earnings. Any fraudulent activity, such as creating fake accounts or manipulating transactions, will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of earnings.
- Territorial Limitations: The program may not be available in all regions. Referrals are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
- Marketing Guidelines: Referrals must adhere to ethical marketing practices, avoiding spam, false claims, or deceptive advertising when promoting Invoice Bacon. Use of unauthorized or unethical promotional methods may result in removal from the program.
- Referral Code Use Monitoring: Misuse of Referral codes, such as self-referrals or sharing in inappropriate forums, is prohibited and will result in termination from the program.
- Tax Responsibilities: Referrals are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on income earned through the program, as required by their local laws.
- Modification and Termination Clause: Invoice Bacon reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral program with 30 days’ notice. Referrals will be notified of changes via email or other means.
- Confidentiality and Proprietary Information: Referrals must not disclose non-public details about the program, including payment terms, customer data, or proprietary business information.
- Referral Termination Policy: Referrals who fail to maintain an active Invoice Bacon account or violate program terms may be removed without notice, forfeiting all future earnings.
Legal Waiver
By participating in the Invoice Bacon Referral Marketing Program, you agree to the following: You irrevocably waive the right to sue or bring legal claims against Uhmazing Studio LLC, Invoice Bacon, or any associated entity, application, or Referral, for any matter arising from or related to your participation in the program. This waiver includes but is not limited to disputes regarding earnings, termination, or changes to the program.
How to Share Your Referral Code
- Unique Referral Code: Upon enrollment, you’ll receive a randomly generated Referral code. Share it with potential clients via email, text, or other communication channels.
- Custom Referral Code: You can create your own custom code to share, which clients can input in the Referral code field during sign-up.
